Eligibility
Any individual, business, public entity, non-profit organization, university, or national laboratory is eligible to apply to this solicitation. Itron and its subcontractors are not eligible to apply for funding from any solicitation under the CSI RD&D Program.

The deadline to submit questions about this grant solicitation was November 18, 2009. The question period is now closed, and responses were posted to the CalSolarResearch website on December 7, 2009.

Submission of Proposals
Proposals must be submitted electronically and must be received by 4:00 p.m. (PST) on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Late proposals will be disqualified from further evaluation. Electronic proposals must be submitted as a single PDF file.
